Group Legal Service: Bankers' Compliance Group® (BCG) is a member-based organization of banks, credit unions, and savings associations that have associated for the purpose of receiving advisory and educational services. BCG members enjoy legal counsel and regular monthly meetings, newsletters, all-day seminars and special projects that are of interest to the financial services industry. The law firm of Aldrich & Bonnefin, PLC* acts as legal counsel for the BCG.

BCG assists banks with analyzing and interpreting state and federal laws and regulations. BCG helps its members stay up to date on regulatory and supervisory changes and issues. BCG advises on lending, corporate, deposit operations, BSA, CRA, privacy, compliance management, and other matters.

BCG provides a host of benefits for its members, including monthly all-day seminars (continuing education credit is available), monthly telephone briefings, a monthly newsletter on recent regulatory developments, and 3 inquiries each month to discuss any regulatory/legal matters a bank may have with one of our attorneys specializing in the subject matter. BCG members also receive access (for no extra cost) to our Compliance Companion, an online library of all our Standard Procedure Manuals.
